User Agreement

Thank you for using GrowMe.
This "GrowMe User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is a contract between you and us regarding the download, installation, copying, and use of our Products and/or Services. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Products and/or Services.
By agreeing to this Agreement or completing the registration/login process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, and you become a GrowMe user. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or cannot fully understand its terms, please do not proceed with any actions related to the features outlined in this Agreement. Any actions taken will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement.
Using GrowMe Products and Services is considered as agreeing to the following terms.

For Personal Use Only

GrowMe is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. If you wish to sell GrowMe or any related or derived materials, services, or software, you must obtain permission from GrowMe. If you have any suggestions or comments on how to improve GrowMe, please feel free to contact us.

Intellectual Property

Users acknowledge that GrowMe holds all rights to the software, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights.
"Intellectual Property" refers to all rights specified under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, anti-unfair competition law, etc., including all applications, updates, expansions, and restorations globally implemented and enforced, now or in the future.
Users agree not to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from GrowMe, or attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract the source code in any other way.
Users agree not to remove, obscure, or alter GrowMe's or any third-party copyright notices, trademarks, or other ownership claims.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their use of the software and related services. Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by the company, users may not:

• Interfere, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of GrowMe using unauthorized plugins, external tools, or systems.
• Engage in any actions that harm network security, such as:
  • Unauthorized access to networks, interference with normal network functions, or stealing network data.
  • Providing programs or tools specifically designed for network intrusion, interference, or data theft.
  • Providing technical support or advertising assistance for malicious activities.

If GrowMe determines that your actions violate this agreement, we may suspend or terminate your services without prior notice and pursue legal action.

Privacy Policy

Respecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of GrowMe. Generally, we will not disclose, edit, or reveal your registered data or any non-public content stored within GrowMe, unless we believe it is necessary in the following circumstances:

• Compliance with relevant legal regulations, such as providing user-submitted information when requested by national authorities.
• Protecting GrowMe’s trademarks and intellectual property.
• In emergency situations to protect user privacy and public safety.
• Other situations deemed necessary by GrowMe.

Service Modifications

GrowMe reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice. By accepting these terms, users agree to GrowMe's right to modify, suspend, or terminate services without liability.

Limitation of Liability

Users understand and agree to assume all risks associated with downloading and using GrowMe, and for any damage to their computer system or data loss resulting from the use of GrowMe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowMe disclaims all warranties, both express and implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, and freedom from viruses or errors.
GrowMe is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of GrowMe, including but not limited to personal injury, privacy breaches, or financial losses.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold GrowMe harmless from any legal fees, damages, government penalties, or other compensatory costs arising from violating this Agreement or other GrowMe service terms.

Third-party Products and Services

GrowMe may use third-party software or technologies (including open-source code). If third-party software or technologies are used, users must comply with the applicable terms and conditions, which are part of this Agreement.

Membership Rights

When you subscribe to GrowMe membership, you will enjoy the corresponding membership benefits. Please refer to the in-app membership center for details.

Auto-Renewal

• Monthly or annual membership services will be automatically renewed based on your GrowMe subscription. If your subscription expires, the next billing cycle will be deducted from your iTunes account balance.
• To cancel the subscription, users must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. If not canceled, the subscription will be renewed automatically.
