User Data Storage

The iOS version of GrowMe does not have an account system, so your data is stored locally on your device.
The iOS version of GrowMe does not offer cloud storage or synchronization services.

Account Deletion

The iOS version does not have an account system. If you delete the app, your user information will not be retained.
For security reasons, membership accounts can only be deactivated after they expire. After 24 hours of account deactivation, we will stop providing products or services to you and will delete your personal information upon your request, unless otherwise required by law.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with relevant data protection regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We may use the collected personal information in the creation, development, and enhancement of our products and services. Specifically, we may use your personal information for the following purposes:

Users can delete their data stored on the device by going to device settings > data.

GrowMe services may link to third-party social media or other services (including websites or other service forms), including: 1. You can use the "share" button to share content to third-party platforms (such as WeChat). These features may collect your personal information (including log information). 2. We may provide links through ads or other means to third-party services or websites. 3. Other situations involving third-party services.

These third-party social media or other services are operated by the respective third parties. If you wish to use these third-party services (including any personal information you provide to them), you will be governed by their terms of service and privacy policies (and not by this Privacy Policy). Please read their terms carefully. This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected by GrowMe and does not apply to services or personal information practices of third parties, for which we are not responsible.

Permissions Requested by the App

• Access to system photo album: When you create or edit content and need to upload images from your photo album, we will request this permission.
• Write to system photo album: When you share content and save images to your local phone, we will request this permission.
• Allow notifications: When you enable habit tracking reminders or iCloud sync, we will request this permission.
• Read phone ID: For product function analysis and improvement without associating it with your identity.

Disclaimer

You agree that we are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or errors in network operation caused by government actions such as policy or regulatory changes, natural disasters, wars, communication line interruptions, hacking, computer viruses, telecommunication technical adjustments, temporary website shutdowns due to government regulation, or other force majeure events.
We are also not liable for damages or losses caused by normal system maintenance, system upgrades, or network congestion.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you by posting a new Privacy Policy on this page.
